Both platforms allow you to write your Will from the comfort of your own home. Every Will written is reviewed by a solicitor to ensure it has been completed correctly and is legally valid throughout Australia.
Although there is no obligation whatsoever to include a charitable gift in your Will, if you are passionate about making a difference, please consider including a gift in your Will to our institution.
Workplace Giving
Workplace giving is a powerful and simple way to make regular donations to Alzheimer’s disease research. When you contribute to Alzheimer’s Research Australia through your workplace giving program, you play a crucial role in funding ground-breaking research into Alzheimer’s disease.
You can establish regular tax-deductible donations to Alzheimer’s Research Australia through your employer’s payroll system, giving as much or as little as you prefer. Make donations with ease, straight from your pre-tax salary.
What are the advantages of workplace giving?
Your employer’s workplace giving program simplifies the process of setting up regular, tax-deductible donations directly from your pre-tax income.
The process is entirely automated. Once you’ve enrolled, there’s no need for additional action. Even recordkeeping is handled for you, with contributions appearing on your payslip, and you’ll receive a tax receipt at the end of the financial year.
Your donations are pre-tax, effectively reducing your taxable income.
If your employer offers a matching donation program, your contribution may be matched or even tripled!
How to participate in a workplace giving program
First, determine if your organisation offers a workplace giving program. If they do, choose Alzheimer’s Research Australia as your designated charity and indicate your preferred donation amount. Your employer will handle the rest, ensuring these donations go to Alzheimer’s Research Australia on your behalf.
If your organisation doesn’t currently have a workplace giving program, please contact Caren Wilson on (08) 6457 0253 or email info@alzheimersresearch.org.au to explore how to establish one.
